The house is designed as a three-storey with a plan shape close to a square. The individual floors step back to create terraces overlooking the forest, which the house abuts across the street. The external appearance of the house follows the tradition of Czech architecture of the 1930s. The house is two-generation, the 1st floor is a separate apartment, the 2nd floor is the living space and bedroom of the second apartment. In the 3rd floor there is a study with a gym. The living space of the 2nd floor is connected to the 3rd floor by a gallery.
