Study of an apartment building with a shop on the ground floor near Zbraslavské náměstí. Compared to the existing one-storey house, the design complements the surrounding urban buildings with its front façade oriented towards the open space at the intersection of Kaškova and K Přístavišti streets. Along Kaškova Street the mass of the house then terraces back and relates to the houses in the neighbourhood. The design includes the whitewashing and creation of a quiet zone of the existing lowered parterre in front of the entrance.
