The site is located on the southern outskirts of Prague, on a hillside formed by the Berounka and Vltava rivers, behind Zbraslav, in Lipenice. On the northern slope below the Cukrák transmission tower with a view of Radotín.

The volume of the house is designed as a simple block set into the slope with the longer side along the slope of the hill. This will create two floors: the lower (entrance and technical) floor rising to the ground level only by the northern facade and the upper residential floor at the level of the main part of the garden. The northern façade of the house is turning towards the view of Radotín. The longer side of the block is opened to the west to the garden.

An atrium with a terrace divides the house into two parts. In the northern part with a view of Radotín is the main living area with a kitchenette, in the southern part there are rooms. Under the northern part is the entrance basement and technical background, the southern part is based on the ground. The northern volume is extended into the garden towards the west and together with the terraced retaining walls allows for the creation of an upper level garden on a plane with a south-westerly orientation.
