This is an update to an earlier study of an apartment building gas boiler room site. The building is divided into two viladoms with their own entrance and a common basement with underground parking and space for renovated boiler room technology. The residential building complements the development in Čapkova Street and is related in its volume to the opposite development and appropriately complements the street parterre with greenery. The two separate entrances are locally connected by terraces, the articulated mass then recedes on the last floor. A wide range of layouts is proposed, 28 flats in total, all with private balconies or front gardens on the ground floor.
