The design addresses the reconstruction of the building based on the original ground plan, respecting the picturesque basic morphology of the building and its urban integration into the historical structure. We consider the confinement of the houses and the adjacent streets to be what makes the site special, and we try to preserve it in the design, while respecting the requirements of the standards and ordinances for modern housing.

The proposal provides for the placement of 9-10 residential units of varying sizes to allow for greater diversity of occupants and one non-residential unit, such as an office or café, in the 2nd floor. Parking spaces are placed under the building.
