The site is located in the Hodkovičky district of Prague, on a south-western slope overlooking the Vltava valley, in the street V Hodkovičkách. The house is designed with respect to the context of the villa quarter. The volume of the house is divided into two smaller masses respecting the scale and elevation of the surrounding buildings. The higher mass has three storeys and is set on the street line, the width of the front facade is derived from the analysis of the surroundings. The rear part is one storey lower and projects to the south-west towards the garden. The house has six flats (five 4+K and one 1+K) proposed on the upper floors and one non-residential space on the basement floor, which has windows above the ground due to the slope of the site to the southwest. Most of the parking spaces are located in the underground garages, some of them outside on the plot. The green roof and the height of the attics are designed so as not to disrupt the harmonious view from the surrounding houses.
