The design consists of two perpendicular volumes with different height. The house is designed with regard to the privacy of the residents towards the neighbors and the street. It opens to the garden with generous glass windows. The upper two floors are residential, the underground houses technology, parking and storage areas.

The location of the villa on the plot respects the usual offset of the house from the border and thus complements the building block. The proposed fencing on the border with the street consists of a gabion wall and posts filled with climbing greenery, which preserves privacy inside the garden.
